In the aftermath of a cataclysmic nuclear war, the Earth is now but a sprawling desert, with oceans dried up and the landscape barren. The precious remnants of water supplies are fiercely guarded by the elite corporation known as the E-Protectcorate, their iron rule enforced by the ruthless commander Grock. The world's hope lies in a group of orphans, known as the Solarbabies, who reside within the oppressive confines of an institution run by the despotic rulers of this new Earth. A spark of rebellion ignites when Daniel, the youngest of the Solarbabies, stumbles upon a radiant orb of cosmic power named Bodahi. Recognising the potential of this alien artifact, he rallies his comrades, inspiring them to rise against their oppressors. The orb's mysterious aura fuels their determination, and they seize the chance to escape the orphanage, embarking on a treacherous journey across the desolate wasteland. Their quest for freedom is fraught with danger, as they are relentlessly pursued by Grock's storm troopers, hell-bent on reclaiming the orb and crushing any hope of rebellion. The Solarbabies, however, are resolved to find a sanctuary, a place where they can live free, undaunted by the looming threats.
