The Terminator (1984)

A Terminator, an unstoppable cyborg, travels from the future to 1984 Los Angeles to kill Sarah Conner. Now a waitress, Conner will become the mother of the human resistance leader against a dominating supercomputer. Soldier Kyle Reese finds himself sent to Los Angeles to protect a skeptical Sarah Conner, although she soon learns the story is true when the Terminator launches his assault.
