Terminator Salvation (2009)

Skynet, an AI system, activates and launches nuclear warheads against humanity. In the aftermath, John Connor fights with the Resistance to save humanity. They attack a base where John discovers the schematics for the T-800 Terminator. During this time, the Resistance also discovers a kill list for high-ranking Resistance figures. As the humans decide to attack Skynet's headquarters, John meets Marcus Wright. Marcus donated his body to research years ago and is now part-human and part-Terminator. John must continue saving lives and fight against Skynet to discover what's going on. Meanwhile, Marcus strives to discover the purpose behind his augmentations.
