In the secluded landscapes of Tipperary, youthful, introverted farmer Donal leads an unassuming life, sharing his existence with his elderly father and his unconventional ally, Karl, a slovenly security guard. As a loner with a hidden collection of worn-out adult magazines, Donal's romantic experience is nonexistent, his shy temperament being his own worst enemy. Life takes a sudden turn when his father passes away unexpectedly, pushing Donal to reconsider the monotony of farming. Yearning for companionship and a taste of the unknown, Donal ventures into new territory, inviting Kim, a striking New Zealand expatriate turned call-girl, known professionally as "Courtney," into his life. The encounter not only shatters his virginity but ignites a spark of entrepreneurial spirit as Kim shares her aspiration to establish an escort service.
