In the shadowy corners of Kumbakonam, the sinister Sarveswaran (Sarath Kumar) runs an underworld empire, using the terrifying power of chemical bombs to hold the entire country hostage. His deadly reign is unchallenged, his name whispered with fear and respect among the denizens of the underworld.
