The lives of Mr. Miyagi and his karate student Daniel are turned upside down when the master is summoned home to Okinawa. Miyagi's father is gravely ill, but there is more trouble in store when Daniel and the sensei run afoul of Miyagi's old nemesis. It is time for the boy karate student to become a man as he learns about the cost of revenge.
