Sanctum (2011)

Josh, Carl, and Victoria have the unique opportunity during their visit to Papua, New Guinea — to witness a deadly and unprecedented cave dive performed by Josh's father and financed by Carl. But what should have been a fun time becomes significantly more dangerous when a freak storm forces them deeper into the caves. These underwater caves are uncharted and some of the most dangerous in the world. They'll somehow have to find a way to navigate this treacherous labyrinth if they want to get out of this alive. But there's a time limit on their survival and plenty of threats down below.
