New York City is being terrorized and police officer, Ralph Sarchie, is in charge of the investigation. After a very basic investigation, he realizes that there is something much than average crime terrorizing the people in New York. To help with the investigation, he interviews a priest with a specialized background. When the priest recognizes what is happening in the city, he convinces Officer Sarchie to let him help. Together, the duo must work against time and foes unseen to save the city.
