There are witches in the world, and that's a fact that Charlie and his grandmother will come to know personally. Charlie has just recently been orphaned and has moved to a new city to be raised by his grandmother, but he quickly finds that there are forces downtown that he never had to worry in his old home. Diabolical witches have their eyes set on the young boy, and his grandmother understands the severity of the situation well enough to take him and flee to a seaside resort. Unfortunately, the resort they're visiting just so happens to be the location for the latest conference of witches.
