In the chilling aftermath of their harrowing escape from Necropolis, Julian and his surviving comrades have sought refuge in the perceived normalcy of college life, eager to leave their nightmarish experiences with Hybratech behind. The tranquillity is short-lived when Julian and his girlfriend, Jenny, stumble upon a mysterious chemical container labeled Trioxyin-5 in a hidden attic room. Seeking enlightenment, they turn to their friend Cody, a budding chemist. Cody, intrigued by the compound's similarity to ecstasy, sees an opportunity to turn a quick profit. He concocts a large batch of a party drug he dubs 'Z', introducing it into the college scene with the help of a local dealer. As Halloween looms, 'Z' quickly becomes the drug of choice among the students, setting the stage for an unforgettable rave. As the Halloween night dawns, the rave organised by the DJ and Jenny's brother, Jeremy, becomes the epicentre of a macabre outbreak. The party-goers, high on 'Z', transform into zombies, their costumes adding a grotesque reality to the horror unfolding. Amid the living nightmare, Julian, Jenny, and Cody, with the aid of two eccentric agents, scramble to halt the distribution of 'Z'. Unbeknownst to them, the line between the living and the undead has blurred, sparking a battle for survival in the rave that was meant to be the highlight of their college life. Caught in a terrifying dance of death, the trio must outwit the undead, stop the deadly 'Z', and prevent their college campus from turning into a real-life Necropolis.
