When Dracula becomes a father, he builds a high-end resort exclusively for monsters. The resort is completely hidden from humans. Dracula does this to offer a safe place for monsters to relax and to create a safe haven for his beloved daughter, Mavis. When a young, human boy stumbles upon the resort, Hotel Transylvania, Dracula goes into overprotective mode.
