Mark Kaminski, once an esteemed agent, finds himself dishonored and forcibly exiled from the world of the FBI due to allegations of excessive brutality. The once fierce agent is now relegated to the seemingly quiet life of a small-town sheriff. However, peace is short-lived when his past comes knocking in the form of Chief Harry Shannon, an old bureau companion. Shannon's son, Blair Shannon, met a tragic end at the hands of the ruthless mobster, Luigi Patrovita, and now the distraught father seeks Kaminski's help in his personal quest for justice.
