Edward was created by an inventor that lives in a castle on top of a hill. When the inventor dies, Edward, who is completely made up of scissors, is left to survive on his own until he is discovered by a suburban woman. Despite his strange behavior and scissors for hands, the community welcomes him. But, that all changes when Edward's behavior is deemed dangerous by others.
