Raiders of Atlantis (1983)

Off the coast of Miami, a team of intrepid scientists embark on a daring mission to raise a sunken Russian nuclear submarine from the ocean depths. Their efforts gradually unearth an ancient relic, a cryptic echo of the lost city of Atlantis, compelling them to call in an expert to decipher its mysteries. However, their ambitious endeavor takes a cataclysmic turn when radioactive leakage from the submarine's missiles unexpectedly awakens Atlantis from its underwater slumber.
