A pair of young Americans are on the run from their very government. Since World War II, there's been an international arms race to contain and exploit humans with paranormal powers. Nick has telekinetic powers, and Cassie is a clairovoyant. Together, they'll need to smartly implement their unique abilities if they want to accomplish their goal: to rescue a young girl named Kira with extraordinary skills. But they aren't the only ones looking for Kira. A mysterious and ruthless government agency named the Division is hunting her as well. But if they can survive, the three may be able to take the offense and take the fight back to the Division.
