In the heart of Paris, American marine David Berman is on a clandestine mission to uncover the concealed identity of Krugman, a malevolent Nazi who wreaked havoc on his family lineage. The burdens of the past haunt him, as he seeks justice for his deceased grandparents and his mother, left disabled by Krugman's evil deeds. Just when he uncovers a potential witness, tragedy strikes - the witness is fatally hit by a vehicle, her secrets buried with her.
Under the cloak of darkness, a mysterious organization abducts David, revealing that Krugman, now living as Felix Altmann, is closer than he ever imagined. A health spa becomes the backdrop for their chilling encounter. However, before the truth can surface, Altmann is gunned down, leaving David entangled in a web of deceit as he's accused of the crime.
Enter Perry, a trusted family friend and an adept counselor. He crosses the Atlantic to France, not only to free David but also to unravel a complex web of secrets buried for over four decades. These secrets, guarded fiercely by unknown entities, still hold enough power to incite deadly consequences. As Perry steps into the fray, he must navigate a labyrinth of deception and danger, where every discovery might be a step closer to freeing David or a gunshot away from death.
