Plot

John Cutter, a seasoned security expert haunted by the ghost of his late wife, finds solace in a new role as the Chief of Security for a major airline. His friend, an employee of the airline, secures him a seat on a flight to L.A. for the company's annual meeting. Little does he know, this routine flight is about to transform into a deadly game of survival high above the ground. "The Rane of Terror", a stone-cold terrorist mastermind named Charles Rane, played by Bruce Payne, is also on board, escorted by the FBI to L.A. Known for his orchestration of four devastating terrorist attacks, Rane's sinister presence on Flight 163 sparks a chilling fifth act of terror. His loyal followers, hidden among the unsuspecting passengers, seize control of the plane, turning a routine flight into a terrifying hostage situation. However, they didn't account for the wild card on board - the man in seat 57. Wesley Snipes as John Cutter emerges from the shadows, his security expertise becoming the only beacon of hope for the petrified passengers. His mission is uncomplicated yet daunting. Thwart Rane's plans, regain control of the plane, and save the lives of the innocent people on board. From the confines of the lavatory, he must strategize, act, and prevent the unfolding disaster. Will he succeed, or will he be consumed by the Rane of Terror? In "Passenger 57", enjoy an edge-of-your-seat flight of suspense and action, where the altitude isn't the only thing that's sky-high. The stakes are too.
