In the vibrant cityscape of Hong Kong, American entrepreneurs Paul Wagner and Nigel Griffith celebrate their monumental achievement, the Victoria Harbour Tunnel, a marvel connecting Hong Kong Island to the mainland. Amid the festivities, the Wagner family, including their twin sons Chad and Alex, unknowingly become targets of a nefarious plot. A deadly gang led by the imposing Moon ambushes the family, resulting in the tragic death of the parents while the twins are saved by Paul's trusted friend, Frank Avery. In the wake of this event, the paths of the twins diverge drastically. Chad, under Frank's guardianship in the elegant locales of Paris, evolves into a martial arts expert and aerobics trainer.
