Papillon (2017)

Henri Charriere isn't an innocent man. In fact, he's one of Paris' most notable safecracker. But he's not guilty of the homicide he's been convicted for, and that conviction has left him imprisoned for life on the terrifying prison on Devil's Island. Unwilling to live in this place and scared for his survival, he befriends infamous forger Louis Dega. Together, the two men plot an ambitious plan to escape from the prison colony. It will require a lot of work and a lot of luck, and the risk of failure is high. Both men can expect solitary confinement if they're caught.
