Harboring a relentless addiction to gambling, Mahowny finds solace not in the victory but in the game itself. His passion extends beyond the thrill of horses and sports, leading him down a precarious path. Unbeknownst to those around him, he fabricates dummy accounts at his bank, siphoning off money to fuel his trips to the shimmering lights and echoing dice of Atlantic City.
