Now or Never (2019)

Henry, a sardonic euthanasia assistant burdened by constant hangovers and a perennially foul mood, finds his patience tried by his demanding clients. His job demands a level of compassion and sensitivity that often feels out of his reach. Enter Rebecca - a young, strikingly beautiful woman with a provocatively rebellious spirit, trapped in the cruel grip of an incurable brain tumor. Rebecca becomes Henry's newest and most challenging client. On the eve of her scheduled assisted suicide, she convinces the curmudgeonly Henry to abandon his gloomy demeanor and embrace a night of wild celebration. But as dawn breaks, Rebecca abruptly changes her mind about her final decision, sending both of them on an unexpected journey through the breathtaking vistas of the Alpine countryside in search of a miracle healer. As they venture further into their odyssey, the pair slowly begin to rediscover the forgotten joy of life. Yet, the looming specter of Rebecca's terminal illness casts a shadow over their newfound happiness. Life may be beautiful, but with an incurable disease, it is also tragically fleeting.
