Plot

Meet Sam, a prodigious computer hacker on a quest for redemption. His life is a labyrinth of wrong turns, watched over by Harry, his probation officer. Banned from the digital world he once ruled, Sam finds himself deep-frying dreams at a fast-food joint alongside Stanley, his best friend and fellow outlaw of the internet. With his life in the doldrums, Sam adopts the guise of a Postal Worker, pilfering incoming mail to scrape by. An unexpected treasure appears in the form of a letter; a poignant ode from the beautiful Josie to her deceased husband, a Marine who fell in Afghanistan. Struck by the depth of love in her words, something dormant stirs within Sam. A desire to be deserving of such profound affection leads him down a path of transformation. He begins to trail Josie, siphoning more letters until he finally gathers the fortitude to reveal himself. As Sam and Josie's lives intertwine, she cautiously embraces the potential of a fresh start while he rediscovers the forgotten values of his youth. However, fate has a wild card to play. Sam's past resurfaces, embodied by a relentless FBI agent and a horde of elusive Bitcoins. When Josie unearths Sam's deceptive games, she is poised on the precipice of a decision - retreat into her shell or seize the courage to pursue her buried dreams. Simultaneously, Sam stands at a crossroads. Will he fall prey to the ghosts of his past or finally rise as the man he has always aspired to be? 'No Postage Necessary' is a compelling tale of flawed humanity, redemption, and the transformative power of love.
