Plot

In the sprawling metropolis of Los Angeles, Carol Hunnicut, a diligent publishing house editor, finds herself ensnared in a perilous web of crime and conspiracy. She naively steps into danger on a blind date with Michael Tarlow, a lawyer entangled with the formidable mob boss, Leo Watts. Her evening takes a chilling turn as she covertly witnesses the brutal murder of Michael by Leo's ruthless hitman. Fearful for her life and desperate to escape, she flees to the cold solitude of an isolated cabin tucked away in the wilds of Canada. Back in the city, the tenacious Deputy District Attorney Robert Caulfield and his loyal Sergeant Dominick Benti uncover Carol's unwitting involvement as the clandestine witness. With their discovery, they fly to Canada, determined to persuade Carol to testify against the dangerous Leo Watts. Yet, they soon learn they are not the only ones on Carol's trail. The Mafia, relentless in their pursuit, follow them, resulting in a deadly encounter that leaves their pilot and Benti lifeless. With danger breathing down their necks, Caulfield and Carol embark on a treacherous journey to Vancouver via a remote train. Caulfield guards Carol in his cabin, revealing an unsettling truth - three deadly hitmen lurk among the passengers, hunting for Carol. The catch is, they don't know what she looks like, but they are familiar with Caulfield. As the train hurtles through the Canadian wilderness, the tension thickens. They must identify the third mysterious killer and uncover the traitor in Caulfield's midst before it's too late. "Narrow Margin", an electrifying tale of survival, deceit, and courage, will have you on the edge of your seat, wondering who can be trusted and who will make it to the end of the line.
