Frosty the Snowman (1969)

When a struggling musician finds a discarded silk hat, he gives it to nearby children to top off their snowman. The hat changes the snowman much to the joy of the children who built him. Frosty, as the children named him, also gets the attention of a local henchmen. Soon, the children have to work to protect Frosty from evil in the neighborhood.
