In the heart of the ocean, Captain Holling relinquishes the helm of his majestic liner, a victim of his own mind's torment, replaced by the steel-nerved Captain Downey. The sea vessel, now a playground for innovation, is about to embark on a daring experiment with remote control, steered by the genius of land-locked Professor Grimson. He has forged a groundbreaking system capable of commanding the liner from the safety of his laboratory. But in the shadows, greedy eyes watch, as rival factions aim to harness the power of Grimson's invention for their own sinister agendas.
