In the heart of Valentine Bluffs, a quaint coal mining town in Nova Scotia, the stirring pulse of Valentine's Day is once again reverberating through its rustic streets. After two decades of solemn silence, the young townsfolk are eager to revive a long-forgotten tradition - the Valentine’s Day party. This jovial revival, however, is shadowed by the bloody specter of a tragedy that had once razed the town's spirit.
