Mrs. Serial Killer (2020)

In the eye of a storm of suspicion stands Dr. Mrityunjoy 'Joy' Mukherjee, a renowned gynecologist, whose world crumbles when he's accused of being a serial killer, systematically hunting down and murdering pregnant, unmarried women. With evidence mounting against him, including hidden corpses discovered beneath his home, Joy finds himself in a frightful labyrinth of accusation and denial. Joy's wife, Sona, pregnant and overjoyed about their impending parenthood, finds her happiness cruelly snuffed out as her husband is arrested. Despite the damning evidence, she fiercely believes in her husband's innocence. But with no lawyer willing to defend Joy, Sona finds herself approaching Rastogi, a top-tier lawyer and one of Joy's former patients. However, Rastogi, incapacitated by a heart attack, fails to extricate Joy from the web of accusation. Caught in this spiral of despair, Sona turns to her ex-boyfriend, Inspector Shaid Imran, who harbors a bitter grudge against her. As she attempts to unravel this twisted tapestry of crime, Sona devises a desperate plan to prove her husband's innocence. She emulates the killer's modus operandi by kidnapping Anushka, an unmarried pregnant woman, hoping to convince the court that the real perpetrator is still at large.
