Plot

In the shadowy corners of her Gothic mansion, the malevolent and affluent Mrs. March orchestrates a chilling plan, fuelled by her unyielding vanity and insatiable desire for eternal youth. Aided by her aging gigolo lover and the outlaw scientist Otto Frank, whose illicit experiments she generously sponsors, Mrs. March schemes to transplant her aging brain into the body of a young woman. Harnessing the unfathomable power of atomic energy, Frank pioneers a revolutionary technique, one that can miraculously transplant brains without the need for any surgical intrusion. As pawns in this sinister game, three foreign domestics—exotic Mexican Anita, charming British Bea, and homely Austrian Nina—are unsuspectingly hired. The plot thickens when Anita, after a bizarre experiment that sees a cat's brain transplanted into her, violently scratches out Bea's eye, leaving Nina as the unsuspecting vessel for Mrs. March's aging yet voracious libido. As the horrific plan unfurls, the mansion becomes a playground for unspeakable terror, where science and sadism dance a deadly waltz. "Monstrosity" weaves a twisted tale of power, vanity, and the unchecked pursuit of eternal youth, leaving viewers teetering on the edge of their seats, gripped by an incessant curiosity of what lies within the eerie chambers of the Gothic mansion.
