In the eerie silence of an ancient, forsaken hospital, a man awakens to the chilling reality of his confinement. Bound to an operating table within an antiquated theatre of surgical horrors, fear and confusion are his only companions. His gaze falls upon a monitor, revealing the petrifying sight of his beloved, ensnared in the cold clutches of what appears to be the hospital's morgue. Suddenly, a figure materializes, dressed in the sterile uniform of a surgeon, bearing a proposition as cold as his attire. "For a course of five days, I will subject you to unthinkable, unholy torments. Your cries for mercy will echo these walls, your pleas for cessation will fall on deaf ears. On the fifth day, your life will cease. Upon your death, she will be free. However, should the pain break you, should you utter 'Enough', I will end your suffering. But then, her life ends with yours. Ponder this, do you wish to meet death knowing that she was the last person you ever loved, held, or kissed? Is she truly the love of your life?" This macabre game of survival has been played countless times before, with no man yet standing beyond the first day. Until now.
