In the heart of the German mail order industry, we meet the timid Matthias Bleuel, a logistician whose world is about to be turned upside down. When his Russia-loving boss sends him on a mission to implement a German workflow system in the company's Russian subsidiary located in the icy realms of Kemerovo, Siberia, Bleuel reluctantly agrees, unable to muster the courage to say no. Armed with nothing but a down coat and pepper spray, he prepares to confront the harsh extremes of snow, ice, and potential danger.
