Notting Hill (1999)

William Thacker, a bookseller in Notting Hill, sees a famous American actress enter his shop. She buys a book, but is charming only in the way an star would be with a clerk. After bumping into her a few times, William sees sparks starting to fly, and then he realizes that she is more than just another movie star. Once they kiss, though, and they see the other for who they truly are, they must deal with the fact that everyone else is wondering why they are together.
