Plot

At the heart of the rock 'n' roll whirlwind are The Stains, an all-girl band composed of two sisters, Corinne and Tracy Burns, and their cousin Jessica McNeil. After the tragic loss of their mother, Corinne throws herself into the band's ambitious plans, leading them onto a national tour through the U.S., despite their talent being up for debate. Sharing the stage with the fading glory of the Metal Corpses and the rising British punk sensation, the Looters, The Stains initially serve as mere buffers between these two clashing acts. Amid the tour's chaotic frenzy, Corinne undergoes a radical transformation, becoming a punk rock diva with a striking "skunk look." Her bold appearance and unapologetic statements ignite a media storm, propelling The Stains from obscurity to the limelight. As their stars rise, they amass a cult following that takes the rock world by storm, suddenly shifting the tour dynamics. In the midst of all this, Corinne's personal life becomes a media spectacle, adding more fuel to their skyrocketing fame. As the spotlight intensifies and tensions mount, the question looms: will The Stains' newfound fame be a shooting star, dazzling but fleeting, or can they hold their own on the grand stage of rock stardom? With the dice of fate rolling, only time will tell what's in store for these fabulous ladies.
