Kuffs (1992)

In the throes of his chaotic life, George Kuffs, a high-school dropout, finds himself jobless and grappling with the news of his college-student girlfriend's unexpected pregnancy. Fearful of his inability to provide for her or their unborn child, George is convinced she'd be better off without him. This dire situation prompts him to seek financial help from his older brother, Brad, with an audacious plan of chasing a gold rush in the far-flung expanses of Brazil.
