Killer Therapy (2019)

Trapped in a world of indifference and neglect, Brian is a troubled child battling with his own demons. His father's cold detachment and his mother's denial of his dark impulses make him feel alienated, while the arrival of a newly adopted sister intensifies his sense of displacement. A series of chillingly violent outbursts sees him shunted from one ineffectual therapist to another, his turbulent journey into adulthood marred by unchecked rage. As Brian's life spirals into chaos, fuelled by his own destructive decisions, he points the finger of blame at the therapists who failed him. Succumbing to the darkness within, he embarks on a sinister vendetta against all who wronged him, meting out retribution one by one. Ultimately, Brian discovers a twisted form of therapy in embracing his true nature, a haunting revelation that acceptance of oneself can sometimes be the most potent form of healing.
