In the bustling heart of Buffalo airport, George, a subdued and taciturn Nigerian man, finds himself adrift in the wave of his fate. His family has orchestrated an arranged marriage for him, but he misses his bride-to-be at the airport, leaving him with two days to traverse the path to Niagara Falls. George's journey, however, isn't just geographical, it's also emotional, one that's nudged into motion by a chance encounter with the vivacious Alicia, a Latin woman en route to meet her boyfriend's family before her own impending wedding.
As fate would have it, their paths cross more than once, stirred further by the whimsical interventions of Gerard, a manic French romantic George stumbles upon at the airport. Gerard, a firm believer in love's unpredictability, urges George to explore the spark with Alicia, reminding him that he can always 'jump tomorrow'.
Caught in a whirlwind of emotions, George grapples with tradition, fate, and the unexpected allure of a stranger.
