Plot

In Jane Doe, we are plunged into the world of high-stakes espionage and chilling deception. Jane Doe, not just a moniker, but a true identity, once held a top-level security clearance at Cy-Kor, a globally dominant arms manufacturer. Suddenly dismissed, her life spirals into chaos when her teenage son, Michael, mysteriously vanishes. Guided by an eerie set of instructions, she finds herself acquiring and mastering firearm skills, and infiltrating the digital vaults of her former employer to download a clandestine file, only to abandon them both in a nondescript dumpster. Jane's world shatters further when she witnesses the cold-blooded assassination of Churnings, Cy-Kor's CEO, through the scope of a rifle identical to her own. Her son is freed, yet they find themselves ensnared in a web of suspicion, accused of a murder they did not commit. Their path to freedom is obstructed when they are whisked away to a secluded ranch by heavily armed strangers. Here, they encounter the enigmatic David Doe, Michael's father, who reveals himself as an agent for the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA), as is Michael. Jane's clearance was merely a pawn, a catalyst in a larger scheme to ensnare the sinister Avery, the mastermind behind the kidnapping and murder, in a ploy to feed false information to their adversaries. But the plot thickens as David's DIA comrade, Kurt Simmons, and their superior, Phelps, harbor their own dark intentions, threatening to unravel it all. As alliances blur and secrets surface, Jane Doe becomes a thrilling tale of duplicity and survival.
