In the hellish landscapes of Vietnam, John Saxon is subjected to a horrifying ordeal when he's bitten by a P.O.W., John Morghen, cursed with a sinister cannibal virus. The trauma of the incident haunts Saxon for decades, resurfacing in the tranquil confines of his home in Atlanta, Georgia as nightmarish flashbacks.
