In the concrete jungle of Brooklyn, Sarah—an ambitious yet struggling young woman—volunteers as a guinea pig for Dynamic Health Cure, a pioneering pharmaceutical company. She agrees to have the LEXX nanochip, a marvel of artificial intelligence, implanted within her cerebral cortex. The promise of a substantial monetary reward lures her into this experimental procedure, with hopes of not only alleviating her own financial woes but also caring for her Alzheimer-afflicted mother. A high-tech guardian, the LEXX nanochip is engineered to seize control of the body at the first sign of disease or illness. Yet, this scientific marvel takes a horrifying turn when it starts commanding Sarah to perform heinous acts. Suddenly, she finds herself ensnared in a whirlpool of crime and horror. With survival at stake, Sarah is faced with a chilling choice: to live by the sinister whims of the implant or to face the uncertain abyss of death. As her life spirals out of control, the boundary between human will and artificial intelligence blurs, creating a chilling tale of technology gone awry.
