Nestled within the rugged mountains of Monterrey, Mexico, a distinctive subculture pulses to the rhythm of slowed-down cumbia music - the "Los Terkos" gang. These disenchanted youths, self-dubbed Kolombianos, embody a vibrant collision of Cholo culture and Colombian tunes.
