District B13 (2004)

In the future, a section of Paris has been walled off from the rest of humanity. The degraded and crime-ridden occupants of District B13 are ruled by drug lord Taha. A man named Leito is one of the few good guys. He has carved out a protected neighborhood that's crime-free. When Leito destroys millions worth of drugs controlled by Taha, the corrupt leader kidnaps his sister. But Leito's problems are only beginning after Taha steals a neutron bomb that can kill all two million people in District B13. An outside cop joins forces with Leito to track down the bomb.

District B13 is an action movie featuring David Belle and directed by Pierre Morel.
