Plot

Bearing the horrendous stain of a young woman's appalling death, the serene and deserted New England manor of the famed horror novelist, Iris Blum, now stands as her mute penitentiary. The property's custodian, seeking aid for the aging, dementia-ridden author, employs the mild and tender-hearted Lily Saylor as a live-in hospice nurse. However, this role is anything but ordinary. As time trickles by, Lily's imagination starts to take flight, with spectral apparitions of mysterious women blurring the delicate lines between reality and illusion, myth and verity. The narrative of Iris, which often centered on humanity's chilling dance with the ghostly realm, now seems to be more than mere fiction. Could Iris's secluded ivory manor, nestled at the road's end, be a celestial purgatory trapped between the realms of the living and the dead?
