Underworld: Awakening (2012)

Vampires and werewolves have battled for control of the world for centuries. Until recently, they've hidden in the shadows, but recent events revealed both types of monsters to the human world. Now, humans have learned to fight back. Anti-hero Selene awakes from a cryogenic healing sleep to learn that her life has been changed forever as the humans she once preyed upon are now hunting her. She must fight not only for her life but for the survival of her entire species.
