Get the Gringo (2012)

An American getaway driver gets stopped at the Mexican border with over $2 million in contraband in the trunk of his car. It's enough to get him sent to a maximum security prison. Alone in a hostile new place where he doesn't even know the language, the driver's odds of survival are slim. His obtrusive presence earns him the sobriquet of "The Gringo", but it also puts a target on his back. Fortunately, he gets the attention of a streetwise 10-year old who has sympathy on him. Together the two try to earn their freedom and hopefully walk away with some money for their efforts.
