Honeyland (2019)

In the mountains of North Macedonia, a woman carefully follows ancient beekeeping traditions in order to harvest honey in what she believes to be the correct and proper way. But when a neighboring family begins to keep bees as well, they run into conflict as they brush off the woman’s advice and wisdom.

Honeyland is a documentary movie featuring Hatidzhe Muratova and directed by Tamara Kotevska.
