Seong-soo, a prosperous businessman, leads a seemingly picture-perfect life, residing in a luxurious apartment with his idyllic family. Yet behind this polished veneer, he harbors a deep-seated mysophobia and concealed secrets about his estranged brother. The story unravels when Seong-soo receives a disquieting phone call informing him of his brother's mysterious disappearance.
As he ventures into his brother's residence, a chilling discovery awaits him - cryptic symbols are scrawled all over the house. Amidst this eerie environment, he encounters Joo-hee, a woman connected to his brother, who lives in a constant state of dread. She and her daughter are terrorized by the unsettling feeling of being watched.
