In the shadowy world of college traditions, fresh-faced hopefuls Marti, Jeff, Denise, and Seth find themselves standing on the threshold of the notorious Alpha Sigma Rho fraternity. Their initiation challenge is simple, yet macabre: they must spend a night in the eerie, dilapidated Garth Manor, locked away from the world. This forsaken mansion whispers chilling tales from its past, where twelve years earlier, the troubled Garth patriarch gruesomely murdered his family. However, the fate of his youngest son, Andrew, remains a mystery - an elusive specter. Rumors ripple among the fraternity peers that young Andrew survived the carnage, and now resides hidden within the mansion's gloomy walls, his presence looming over the desolate manor like a ghostly sentinel. As the night unfolds, the fraternity president, Peter, along with his comrades May and Scott, slink back into the mansion, mischief twinkling in their eyes. They plan to bring the haunting tales to life, intending to inject a dose of fear into the pledges' ordeal. However, the manor is not just a stage for their pranks. Behind its crumbling façade, a sinister reality stirs, morphing their harmless tricks into a horrifying nightmare. In the echoing silence of the manor, the pledges stumble upon the pranksters' tricks. Unbeknownst to them, this is just the overture to a macabre symphony of real terror. As the night deepens, the line between prank and peril blurs, and the once-desolate manor breathes to life with an unfolding crime spree. Their night of initiation gradually transforms into a frantic fight for survival, leaving them to question: Is the Garth Manor truly abandoned, or are they sharing their hell night with its last, living resident?
