In the heart of Mexico City, where the stark realities of poverty, prostitution, and drug trafficking cast long shadows over the inhabitants, a young fighter named Abner Torres dreams of salvation through the raw power and discipline of professional boxing. Trapped in a life dominated by an abusive father who greedily pockets the earnings from Abner's illicit matches, the young pugilist yearns for a shot at genuine freedom. Amid the harshness of his world, Abner finds solace and support in his resilient sister Silvana, loyal friend Wilo, and the unwavering love of his girlfriend, Paulina.
