Plot

In the shadowy depths of Louisiana's vast swamplands, an enigma of death lurks, silently claiming the lives of unsuspecting locals. When a man's grotesquely ravaged body is discovered in the marsh, the burden of solving the captivating mystery falls to Sam Rivers, a seasoned medical investigator. Teaming up with the intuitive biologist, Mary Callahan, they embark on a perilous investigation that takes them to the heart of the marshlands where the victim's floating house whispers tales of his life. Their journey leads them to a vibrant tapestry of the victim's family and friends, each a potential clue in the unfolding mystery. The horror escalates when they uncover a monstrous revelation - genetically engineered Chinese snake-heads, owned by a prosperous hunter, are the malevolent force terrorizing the bayou. These ruthless predators, borne from the hubris of man, are in relentless pursuit of their next prey. Just as the group braces for survival against these relentless creatures, the hunter, Jeff, makes his grand entrance with his team, eyes filled with the thrill of the hunt. However, the predator soon becomes the prey as they find themselves ensnared in the unforgiving marshlands, their lives stained by the same blood that dyes the marshes. 'Frankenfish' takes you on a thrilling ride through the menacing waters of Louisiana, where hidden in the murk, something insidious awaits. Will Sam and Mary unravel the mystery before they too succumb to the terror of the bayou? Or will the bayou claim them as its next victims? In this deadly game of survival, blood is the only currency, and terror the only certainty. Dive in, if you dare.
