Flashbacks of a Fool (2008)

In the glimmering maze of Hollywood, we find Joe Scott, an aging star whose life is a decadent dance of self-absorbed hedonism. His world, observed through the weary eyes of Ophelia, his faithful personal assistant, is shattered by the death of Boots, his childhood confidant. This loss plunges the film, and our protagonist, into a vivid flashback of a quaint 1970s seaside town in Britain.
