In the aftermath of a cataclysmic event, where the fury of a super-atomic bomb annihilates all human life on earth, a disparate group of five individuals finds themselves the improbable survivors. Everest. Stitched together by destiny, they convene in a strikingly modern cabin perched atop a Californian mountain, a Frank Lloyd Wright creation that echoes their newfound Eden. Their survival story unfurls in a rich tapestry of symbolic interactions, with Eric, the mountaineer, embodying the decay of European elitism, while Mr. Peters, the banker, infects their sanctuary with the ghosts of greed and arrogance.
